Entrusted Home Healthcare, LLC in Blaine, MN was founded by a registered nurse who’s passionate about the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities. A passion for whole-person care combined with many years of experience in the home healthcare industry led to the opening of our company.
We provide comprehensive home care services with registered housing. The services we offer are focused on whole-person care and are dedicated to enhancing our clients’ overall health and wellbeing. We are also keenly aware of the needs of families that require quality care for their loved ones. As part of our commitment to creating positive change in the lives of our clients, we promote client independence to achieve the highest level of functionality, involvement in the community, and overall satisfaction with the quality of life. We provide comprehensive home care services and customized living services/assisted living services. In addition, we provide not only skilled care nursing services in the clients home, but also provides 24-hour customized living services or assisted living. That means we provide housing and the other services in an agency facility.
